Visitor number up 9% at OutDoor

A total of 16,900 trade visitors from 70 countries attended OutDoor 2007, held July 19-22 in Friedrichshafen, a 9% increase compared with last year’s event. A record 731 companies from 39 countries participated at the fair, 80% of whom were from overseas.

The spotlight at this year’s session was on two new sports disciplines: trail running and slacklining, a balance sport which utilises nylon webbing stretched tight between two anchor points.
