Nike, Inc. has appointed Ron McCray as vice president and chief administrative officer, reporting to president and CEO Mark Parker.

Mr McCray joins the company from the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he worked from 1987 and most recently held the position of senior vice president of Law, Government Affairs and chief compliance officer.

He succeeds Lindsay Stewart, who is retiring after more than 26 years at Nike.
