MAS Active invests in new production planning software

MAS Active, part of the Sri Lanka-based MAS Holdings, has chosen technology provider Fastreact to provide its production planning systems.
MAS, which manufactures intimate and sports apparel for some of the world’s leading brands (including Nike, GAP, adidas and Victoria’s Secret), operates 28 factories, two design studios and a sourcing and innovation department across seven countries. The group employs over 40,000 people.
Fastreact is a UK-based software provider specialising in planning and scheduling applications that it believes are particularly well suited to outsource manufacturers in the textiles, apparel and footwear space.
