PGA Fall Expo promises to be busy

More than 400 golf equipment manufacturers and around 4,000 member golf professionals and buyers from important golf retail outlets are preparing for the US Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) Fall Expo in Las Vegas next week.

The event will showcase new equipment, fashion developments, and a programme of seminars and workshops.

The organisers have announced that attendee pre-registration is up 48% over last year, while exhibitor participation is up by 14%. Top names in golf equipment manufacturing, including Callaway Golf, Nike Golf, Bridgestone, Tour Edge and Wilson will take part.

The event will also involve more than 100 golf fashion companies unveiling their latest collections. These include Bobby Jones Sportswear, Cutter & Buck, Greg Norman Collection, Original Penguin, PING Apparel, J. Lindeberg, Lily's of Beverly Hills, Claudia Romana, Fila, Callaway Apparel, LIJA, Antigua, Jamie Sadock and Puma. Training aids and golf accessories will be well represented too with companies such as Full Swing, Wittek, Club Car, E Z Go Textron, Pride Sports, Easy Picker and Forefront Golf.

The event runs from September 10–12.
