Textile producer Aquafil has relaunched the website dedicated to its Dryarn fabric (dryarn.com).
 
There is a section devoted to sports applications of the fabric, and also one dedicated to fashion.
 
The company said on launching the new site that, in recent years, the world of sport had become "an endless source of inspiration for the fashion industry". It added that the dynamism, inner energy and physical force of sport were qualities that the big fashion brands had come to love.
 
But it said: "There is a key word that links the two [fashion and sport] and it's 'performance'. Performance is the link between sports and leisure and the world of fashion, resulting in apparel that is beautiful to look at and pleasant to wear."
