Exhibitors from 21 countries took part, with the highest non-Italian attendance from China, India and Turkey.

However, 3,388 visitors were recorded during the three-day fairs, down 5% compared with the February edition. Foreign buyers accounted for 24% of visitors compared with 20% in February 2007, while the proportion of Italian buyers fell from 80% to 76%.

Products presented included knitwear and cashmere, embroidered silk, technical fabrics, high-end leather goods, knitwear and t-shirts, denim, fashion accessories and cotton yarns.

The next edition of the shows will be held from February 12-14, 2008.
