St Louis-based branded and private-label apparel manufacturer Kellwood Co. has signed a new licensing agreement with ready-to-wear designer Oscar de la Renta Ltd. to market a men's dress shirt collection under the brand name O Oscar.

The line will be available at department stores next autumn.

Oscar de la Renta said: "They [Kellwood] have developed the O Oscar better women's sportswear collection, and I am confident their Smart Shirts team can translate that same fashion philosophy into the new O Oscar dress shirt collection."
