The final figures for Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) Expo 2007, which took place in Las Vegas on October 3-5, reveal that 7,637 people from 61 countries attended the event. Approximately 450 exhibitors participated, including some from the smart fabrics and green solutions sectors.

The expo featured 114 industry speakers, nine symposiums and ten workshops and seminars. These sessions included insights into e-textiles, super technologies for sports gear and sustainable design.

The ‘High-tech Fashion Show’ attracted nearly 500 attendees, which included industrial fabrics, safety and protective wear and sports apparel.
