Skins USA named official cycling supplier
Colorado-based compression garments supplier Skins USA has been named an official supplier to cycling promoter USA Cycling. Skins’ products will be used within the organisation's National Team programmes and will be worn for enhanced training and recovery by athletes from a number of USA Cycling teams.
The company will supply compression and therapeutic wear to 49 sporting teams and individuals across more than 15 international sports. Its body-moulded, engineered, gradient compression garments with BioAcceleration Technology are said to combine sports and medical science and smart fabric technology. The garments accelerate blood flow and are said to promote endurance and muscle recovery.
USA Cycling has 60,000 members and organises 2,500 annual events. Its associations include the BMX Association, National Off-Road Bicycle Association, US Cycling Federation, the National Collegiate Cycling Association and the US Professional Racing Organization.
