Wear Coolmax and Thermolite to work
Scandinavian workwear manufacturer Kwintet has launched a range of clothing products made with Advansa’s Coolmax and Thermolite fabrics under its Kansas and Fristads brands. The lines include polo-shirts, T-shirts and socks for work.
Other companies offering workwear socks with Coolmax include Falke, Helly Hansen and FJ Bankin & Son Ltd. Kitchen work clothing featuring the fabric is also available Tibard, UK and Denny’s.
Provider of workwear for manual and service workers Snickers is selling a shirt made from a light high-tech fabric incorporating 32% Coolmax and 68% cotton, while German manufacturer of shoes for the emergency services and industrial safety footwear Haix offers a range of shoes with Coolmax insoles.
Meanwhile, Germany-based Fuchshuber Techno Text has launched underwear and T-shirts using Thermolite, while outdoor workwear supplier Grube offers classic five-pocket jeans with Thermolite as an insulator.
Knitted gloves made from Thermolite yarn are used for extreme cold condition, offering hand moisture evaporation and thermal insulation. Marigold offers the gloves for use in refrigeration rooms.
