New York-based apparel group The Warnaco Group, Inc. has appointed Janice Sullivan as president, Calvin Klein jeans division. Ms Sullivan replaces Patricia Royak, who is leaving the company, and will oversee design, development, merchandising, marketing and sales for the brand in the Americas. She will report directly to president of the sportswear group, Frank Tworecke.

Ms Sullivan joins Warnaco from Liz Claiborne Inc, where she served as president of Narciso Rodriguez. Prior to this she spent more than 17 years associated with the DKNY brand, spending the last ten years with DKNY Jeans and Activewear, a Liz Claiborne Company, where was president from 2005 to 2007. She began her career with Calvin Klein in its jeans division.
