Perry Ellis International, Inc. and Quiksilver Europe have signed an agreement which will allow Perry Ellis to develop the Gotcha brand in Europe through its European operations in Essex, UK. It will be manage all aspects of the business in Europe, including design, marketing, sales and distribution.

Quiksilver Europe will take orders, produce and ship the spring/summer 2008 collection, while Perry Ellis Europe will start with the autumn/winter 2008 collection.

Perry Ellis Europe currently works with the Original Penguin and Farah Sportswear brands from its offices located in Essex and its showroom in London. A new office is to open in southwest France from which it will merchandise and sell the line in Europe.
