Première Vision has signed an operational and financial agreement with Tarsus under which they will jointly buy 49% of the capital of Sepic SAS, owner and organiser of accessories trade fair Mod’Amont. The sale will take place on January 1, 2008.

They will work together to develop the fair, which presents trimmings and supplies for the fashion and design sectors and is held biennially in Paris as part of Première Vision Pluriel. The next edition will take place from February 19-22, 2008.

The September fair featured approximately 300 exhibitors from 24 countries and nearly 19,000 visitors, 67% of whom come from abroad.
