Former IZOD Womenswear president and Calvin Klein Jeans veteran Suzanne Karkus is to head Baltimore-based Under Armour, Inc.’s apparel line. She will report directly to chairman and chief executive officer, Kevin Plank.

Ms Karkus launched the IZOD brand in 2003 and established it as a premium lifestyle collection. Prior to this, she served as president of the women's division of Calvin Klein Jeans. She has also held leadership roles with brands such as Ralph Lauren Womenswear, Carole Little and Esprit.
