LA Galaxy and England footballer David Beckham has signed an advertising deal with Italian fashion house Armani. Having worked with the company for European campaigns, he will now help launch its new underwear line in the US in February.

Claims that Mr Beckham has lost the ‘Beckham brand’ since moving across the pond now appear to have been unfounded. The three-year deal is reportedly worth £20 million to the ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder.
