Thermore agent for Czech Republic and Slovakia named
Italy-based provider of thermal insulation for apparel Thermore has appointed Petr Bartak as an agent for its Czech Republic and Slovakia operations. Mr Bartak is from the Czech Republic and has been working as an independent agent for various textile manufacturers domestically and in adjacent countries.
He will be the company's direct contact with the local garment industry and will help improve communication within these growing markets.
“We see interesting potential in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, especially for sports brands and for tenders with public bodies. But to be successful in this area you have to act locally,” said sales manager for Europe, Peter Mügge.
Thermore is part of Gruppo FI.SI (Fibre Sintetiche), which also includes Thermore Far East Ltd, Thermore USA Inc. and Romania Thermal Insulation SRL. It has approximately 100 employees worldwide with six sales offices on three continents.
