Having recently unveiled plans to sell its Lejaby intimate apparel and related swimwear business, Warnaco is now in talks with Palmers Textil AG. Palmers, which sells lingerie and intimate apparel products in Austria and Germany, is considering buying the Lejaby business and, should the sale go ahead, will operate the brand out of its Lyon headquarters.

New York-based Warnaco designs, sources, markets and sells intimate apparel, menswear, jeanswear, swimwear, men's and women's sportswear and accessories. Its brands include Warner's, Olga, Body Nancy Ganz, Speedo, Chaps and Calvin Klein.
