PVH joins forces with DKNY
Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (PVH) has entered into a licensing arrangement with Donna Karan Studio LLC to design, source and market men’s dress shirts under the DKNY brand in North America. The line will be available early next year and will mainly be stocked in luxury department and specialty stores.
PVH owns and markets the Calvin Klein brand worldwide and claims to be the world's largest shirt and neckwear company. It also markets a variety of goods under the Van Heusen, Izod, Arrow, Bass and G.H. Bass & Co. brands as well as licensed brands such as Kenneth Cole New York, Michael Kors, Donald J. Trump Signature Collection, Tommy Hilfiger, and, from next autumn, Timberland.
Donna Karan International designs, markets and distributes apparel, sportswear, accessories and shoes under the Donna Karan and DKNY brand names. Since November 2001, the company has been part of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton.
