Munich-based manufacturer of functional waterproof breathable products Sympatex Technology has launched Ecocycle-SL, which it claims is the world’s first 100% recyclable laminate delivering 100% performance.

Although the company has been producing a 100% recyclable membrane for several years, this is the first time it has managed to bond the membrane with an upper and lining material that is also 100% recyclable. The new upper and lining material is made from recycled polyester and is bonded with the membrane without using solvents.
