G-III Apparel Group Ltd.’s license for the Sean John junior women's sportswear license has been retracted by the brand’s owner, Christian Casey LLC. The garment manufacturer will claim approximately $0.03 per share on an after-tax basis in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 in connection with the termination of the license.

G-III will continue to produce men's and women's outerwear under the Sean John label and Christian Casey has extended the company’s women's outerwear license by a year to December 31, 2010.
