UK-based Quantum Tunnelling Composite (QTC) technology developer Peratech Limited has acquired smart textiles producer Eleksen from Deloittes, te company’s administrator. Financial details were not disclosed.

Eleksen has developed a range of textile fabric sensors which are used to make 'smart clothing' and consumer products such as the Bluetooth Fabric Keyboard. Its ElekTex touch sensitive fabric materials are used to control consumer electronic devices including MP3 players and mobile phones.
