China-based clothing producer Youngor Group Co., Ltd. has acquired two garment manufacturers for a combined sum of $120 million. The company will acquire Xin Ma Apparel International Limited and Smart Apparel Group – which are currently run by Kellwood Company and Kellwood Asia (a subsidiary of Kellwood Company) respectively. These acquisitions are expected to boost annual sales by approximately $360 million and earnings by $12 million.

Smart mainly designs and makes men's shirts, t-shirts and trousers for brands including Perry Ellis, Ralph Lauren and Nautica.
