M&S underwear is both hot and cool with Outlast
UK-based retailer Marks and Spencer has introduced a new line of temperature regulating underwear for men incorporating Outlast PCM technology. The °Climate Control range is designed to keep the wearer cool in hot conditions and warm when left out in the cold.
The Outlast technology was originally developed for NASA to protect astronauts from temperature fluctuations. The fabric can absorb excess body heat and balance body temperature, while remaining cool and soft to the touch. If body temperature drops, stored heat is gradually released, as needed.
