Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, held in Salt Lake City on January 23-26, attracted 200 new exhibitors from the outdoor apparel, equipment and accessories sector.

Technology was key to many of the autumn collections shown, with smart items including heated jackets and gloves, hats with speakers and Bluetooth-enabled ski helmets.

Wool appeared to be making a strong comeback in base and midlayers, while sustainability resurfaced as a major theme across the footwear, apparel and equipment industries.
