Cherokee hits Chile

Licensor and global brand management company Cherokee Inc recently launched its own brand in Chile with Falabella's Tottus Stores as part of its 'world brand' strategy.

Over the next 12 months it will also launch the brand in Peru with Tottus, in Israel with Supersol, in Brazil with Pao de Acucar, in the Middle East with Al Hokair, and in India with Arvind Mills, according to senior vice president, brand development, Mark Nawrocki.

Annual international sales for the brand now exceed $1 billion.
