MacGregor Golf names new president and CEO

Golf-inspired sportswear and accessories company MacGregor Golf has appointed Michael Setola president and CEO.

Mr Setola was most recently president of Oxford Industries, where he was responsible for various brands and groups including Oxford, Lanier and Ben Sherman. Before this, he was chairman and CEO of Salant, whose brands included Perry Ellis and Axis.

Current president and CEO, Suzy Biszantz, and COO and senior vice president of finance, Dave Hall, have both resigned. Both contracts end at the February.
