Robert Graham extends influence in Benelux

Sportswear designer Robert Graham is expanding into the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) region. The company has signed a three-year deal with Belgium-based Abelga b.v.b.a, operated by owner Axel Van Bruggen, which will distribute its goods. The first collections on offer will be autumn 2008 lines, and these will be in stores by July.
Robert Graham is a luxury designer brand based in New York and has been in operation for seven years. Its sportswear is sold at stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Fred Segal and Mark Shale. The brand is also sold in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the Dominican Republic.
Its collections include colourful woven shirts, sport jackets, knits, shorts, swimwear, dress shirts and ties, set off by signature contrast cuffs, plackets, yokes, embroidery, appliqué and diverse prints."The Benelux distributorship stands as a major step forward in developing the Robert Graham brand. We are experiencing notable double-digit growth domestically and foresee the same in Europe," said president, Neal Kusnetz.
