President at UK-based sports equipment and footwear producer Hi-Tec, Tony Linford, has decided to leave the company. Mr Linford has helped to improve brand perception, market share and product development over the last four years but will leave the company to join UK shoe brand Van Dal as managing director.

Duncan Patmore will rejoin the company having left in 2006 after completing an 11-year stint. His new role will be product and marketing director, in which he will mainly focus on the brand's global product development, design and marketing strategy.
