FOV Fabrics changes hands

A management takeover has occurred at Swedish high-tech fabrics producer FOV Fabrics AB. Managing director, Mats Lundgren, and business development director, Fredrik Johansson, have acquired the company from Latour Industrier AB. The company will retain the same management, organisation and company name as before the change of ownership.

FOV produces 15 million square metres of woven fabric every year, particularly for the sportswear and automotive industries. Its entire production is carried out in-house at its plant in Borås.
