Deckers Outdoor Corporation has appointed Thomas Hillebrandt chief financial officer, effective April 28. Mr Hillebrandt replaces Zohar Ziv, who was promoted to chief operating Ooficer on December 17, 2007, and has been acting CFO until now.

Mr Hillebrandt has more than 20 years experience in corporate finance and accounting, having served in a number of senior level positions with both public and private companies. Most recently, he was corporate controller and chief accounting officer of sporting goods manufacturer K2 Inc.
