Maidenform teams up with DKNY

Intimate apparel marketer Maidenform Brands Inc has signed a global licensing agreement with Donna Karan International. The agreement is effective immediately and financial terms were not disclosed.

The agreement gives Maidenform the rights to design, source and market a full collection of Donna Karan and DKNY women's intimate apparel products. The collection will be distributed worldwide in high-end department and specialty stores and is expected to launch at the beginning of 2009.
