ITM expected to attract 80,000 guests

Exhibitor numbers for ITM 2009 International Textile Machinery Exhibition are rising rapidly, with 1,500 companies likely to participate according to the show's organisers. And 80,000 visitors are expected to attend the event which takes place from June 6-10 in Istanbul.

Reservations and sales, which started back in January, have filled up a large portion of the 10 halls that are planned for the show. To date, 70% of the weaving hall, 60% of the dyeing, printing and finishing hall and 50% of the spinning hall are booked up. A noteworthy portion of the three main halls reserved for flat and circular knitting machineries and embroidery machineries is already filled up.
