New Nilit trends for 2010
Israel-based manufacturer of nylon 6.6 Nilit has unveiled new trend concepts for bodywear and active sportswear for spring/summer 2010 period.
The first for bodywear is Body Language, a luxurious range with a glamorous vintage touch. The line is designed to inspire an aura of daring nostalgia, linking back to screen heroines of the 1950s. It offers body-hugging shapes including corsetry cuts, triangle bras, girdles and suspenders. Fabrics include shiny satin, gossamer knits and Chantilly laces.
The Natural Impulse collection aims a "return to authenticity". Innocence, freshness and simplicity are reflected in lingerie and discreet second-skin products. Light matte fabrics with a cottony touch and jersey with a natural hand offer moisture management and anti-bacterial properties.
The Technically Speaking line represents sensuality and weightlessness with almost invisible garments. It is inspired by the elements of air and water combined with modern architectural structures.
Three trends for active sportswear have also been introduced. The first is All In The Game, designed to promote functionality and comfort. It targets outdoor sports such as tennis, volley ball and athletics with knitted panels of varying textures to enable flexibility and breathability. The company's Aquarius yarn is used for moisture management and supportive shaping.
Time Out is a seamless bodywear line with a focus on wellness, particularly for leisure activities such as yoga. Finally, Power Fitness is a high-performance activewear range for cross-training, running and fitness. It offers sophisticated ergonomic cuts for freedom of movement and optimal fit. Added protection is provided by knitted panels incorporating reinforced zones.
