Canada-based producer of sportswear and yoga apparel lululemon athletica inc has posted substantial revenue growth for the thirteen weeks ended May 4. Earnings for the quarter were $8.5 million compared with $3.5 million in the prior-year period, while revenues rose 74.5% to $78.2 million.

The company has increased revenue guidance to between $380 million and $385 million compared with previous guidance of $370 million to $375 million. Its long-term growth target continues to be net revenue growth of approximately 25%.
