Dow signs new distribution partner
Textile wholesale company Weber&Heusser GmbH & Co. KG has siged an agreement with Dow Fiber Solutions (DFS) under which it will handle the distribution of the Dow XLA fibre in the German speaking countries from its headquarters in Albstadt. The fibre is the world’s first olefin-based stretch fibre that is inherently resistant to aggressive chemicals and high temperatures.
With more than 85 years of experience, Weber&Heusser offers competence in the textiles and technology sectors as well as delivery services and customer care. Global sales director for DFS, José Garcia-Alegre, said: “Our substantiated knowledge of the textile market continues to allow us to find new and optimised process solutions. We are confident that the cooperation with such a strong partner will lead to offering excellent service to our customers.”
