The second edition of Texmac, a special forum for the textile machinery market, is to take place in New Delhi, India, from April 15-18, 2009. It is supported by the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and key international manufacturers' associations including VDMA (Germany), ACIMIT (Italy), BTMA (UK) and ATMA (US).

The exhibition area has been extended to include two extra halls at the Pragati Maidan centre in anticipation of a larger turnout. The first edition attracted approximately 200 exhibitors and 6,000 visitors.

Also taking place at this time will be textile conference Atexcon, allowing domestic and international guests to participate in both events.
