Indian technical textile manufacturer and exporter Neo Corp International Ltd has acquired UK-based technical textile distribution and warehousing company engaged in the of products Euro Plast.

The acquisition will give Neo Corp access to the French and German markets, and the acquired firm’s annual turnover is $12 million. The deal is expected to add 20% to its revenue.

“The acquisition will leverage us in the fast-growing European markets and will catapult us in a different league altogether,” said Sunil Trivedi, managing director, Neo Corp International Limited.
