Dornier to present five machines at China shows
Three machines focusing on technical textiles, home textiles and garments will be on show. A rapier weaving machine type PS for weaving dense filter fabrics with 16 heald frames will be shown, offering sturdiness and high reed beat-up force. In addition, high-quality suiting fabric production will be performed on an air-jet weaving machine type AS, which can process delicate worsted yarn at an insertion rate of 1,500 metres per minute. A second rapier weaving machine type PX will also appear.
The company's finishing machinery division will display the latest singeing machine type EcoSinge for the first time in Asia. The heart of this machine is the patented Dornier circular expander. With this, an intensive singeing effect can be reached for tube diameters of between 250mm and 1000mm without any selvedge marks. In the finishing machinery area, the whole system family comprising heat-setting, squeezing, mercerising and bleaching machines will also be presented.
