Wenger launches footwear collection
Established Brands International has launched its inaugural Wenger Footwear collection. It comprises two separate lines: the Alps line of performance outdoor footwear and the Chocolate line of lifestyle outdoor footwear.
The entire collection will bear the Swiss Army logo, which Wenger SA, maker of the Genuine Swiss Army Knife, has licensed to Established Brands for developing and marketing footwear worldwide.
The collection features 18 styles of shoes and boots in the Alps line and 13 styles in the Chocolate line. It will be on display at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Expo, which will be held August 8-11 in Salt Lake City, and the Magic International Marketplace, which will take place August 25-27 in Las Vegas.
Each shoe and boot will use Wenger Footwear’s moulded insoles that adjust to the contours of the feet and promote air circulation and breathability as well as anti-microbial and anti-bacterial liners and insoles. Other features include an anatomically designed footbed with extra cushioning and welded, seamless linings to prevent chafing and irritation.
