RadiciSpandex Corp., the US arm of the Italian fibres conglomerate RadiciGroup, is to appear at Expofil, which will take place in Paris from September 23-26. Global sales manager, Gary Cass, will be available to discuss the benefits of its performance spandex products for the international textile and apparel industries.

Product highlights will include S17B, a high-performance spandex that offers resistance to chlorine, UV rays and suntan oils as well as making fabrics print more vibrantly. Applications include swimwear and activewear. SRB, a recent addition to the collection, will also be presented. SRB is a premium black spandex that produces a consistent shade of black, eliminating spandex grin-through when fabrics are stretched. It can be used for ready-to-wear, intimate apparel, swimwear and activewear. The company will also present S85, a clear spandex that offers good dyeability, tensile strength and shape retention. It can be used for legwear, ready-to-wear, circular knits, warp knits, medical applications, nonwovens and coverings.
