Outerwear brand launches in UK
New outerwear brand Scapegoat is launching in the UK with a new high-end product range.
The brand, founded by extreme-sports enthusiasts and former branding consultants for adidas, Nike and The North Face, is a bold blend of work wear, technical outerwear and contemporary fashion.
The latest range offers laser cuts, reinforced seams, and earth-friendly PrimaLoft Eco insulation, with extra material at the elbows to offer strength and protection during movement. Magnetic pocket flaps keep personal items safe.
The range of men’s and women’s wear, distributed in the UK by Beyond Hope, will be available this autumn.
The Standard jacket is the mainstay of both collections with its classic styling and flattering cut. It features PrimaLoft ECO premium insulation, a YKK Excella premium front zip, Bemis Sewfree abrasion film welded at potential wear areas and welded microfleece breather patches for chin comfort.
The women’s Standard is available in black, absinthe and lavender and the men’s Standard in black, moss and baltic.
The Almanac is one of the more technical jackets for men. It features a Bone Dry Barrier, a Japanese designed waterproof/breathable laminate engineered to provide protection in any environment. It is available in grey, black, moss and baltic.
For women, the uses feminine lines and finishes as well as top specification fabrics. It combines industrial lines and a brushed natural face with high-tech abrasion film and ECO premium insulation. It offers comfort, lightweightness and waterproofness.
