Sugoi presents custom apparel at Eurobike
Vancouver-based Sugoi’s custom apparel offering attracted many visitors at Eurobike, held in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from September 4-7.
The company’s custom artist, Gordon Bruce, gave dealers the opportunity to design their own custom apparel. The process enabled customers’ design ideas to be implemented immediately on jerseys, shorts and other apparel items while viewers watched on a TV screen. Each day of the show a complete Sugoi custom kit including a personalised jersey, a custom bib short, leg warmers, arm warmers, shoe covers, gloves and socks.
The current bike-specific custom programme includes the RS, Evolution and Pulsar Series as well as a Freeride Series and a Tri Series. The artwork is applied to the fabric through a specialised process called sublimation.
