Investors move on Symptatex

Morgan Stanley and Annex Capital have taken over another 25% of breathable, waterproof membrane technology provider Sympatex Technologies GmbH, and the remaining 6% of shares in Ploucquet Textiles Zittau GmbH.
As a consequence, Morgan Stanley and Annex Capital now hold 100% of the shares in Sympatex and Ploucquet Textiles. Morgan Stanley and Annex Capital acquired the Ploucquet Group, which also owns Sympatex, in 2006.
The move comes after Ploucquet began a repositioning and expansion programme for Sympatex during the summer of 2008.
