Dow Corning thinks about inks

Dow Corning has said it will feature its silicone textile printing inks for high-performance sports apparel at the Sports Source Asia event in Hong Kong, October 28-31

The company will explain that these inks are heat-resistant, fast-curing, and easily pigmented. They offer high elongation and a soft, non-sticky handle. In addition, it will argue that they typically require only three layers, compared to 12 or 15 that other inks need.

Dow also says that its textile printing ink technology can help answer consumer concern about the environment as they contain no organotin, phthalate, formaldehyde, PVC, or solvents.
