New chairman for AFMA

The American Fibre Manufacturers' Association (AFMA) has elected Hentry Poston, president of Palmetto Synthetics, as its chairman for the coming year.

AFMA is the trade associaion for US producers of manufactured fibre. Its economics bureau is the official source of data on the US manufactured fibre industry.
