REACH Partners is warning dyes and chemicals companies to pre-register their products before November 30 if they wish to continue trading with European countries.

REACH (registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals), is a major compliance concerning the way chemicals are manufactured, used and managed in Europe.

Companies must pre-register so that REACH Partners can complete and submit all the necessary compliance forms to the ECHA in Helsinki. Firms will then be provided with a REACH number, which will allow them to continue trading for between two and 10 years before the full registration process begins.

If firms fail to register their products before the deadline, they will not be able to sell into the EU without completing the whole application process.
