New Tanatex chemicals introduced
Netherlands-based chemicals firm Tanatex has added various new products to its portfolio.
These include Rena Liquid 01, a new and improved phosphor-free version of the standard Rena liquid; and Noveco, a new mineral-based, multi-purpose product for all discontinuous applications such as full white bleaching, white for dyeing, scouring elastane bands andstripping fluorocarbons.
New dyeing products include: Levegal PL and Levegal BLD, new polyester levelling, synchronising and dispersing agents. Meanwhile, its Logic Dyeing Concept, a new system for processing cotton knit goods and their blends and Tanacid ADP is an acid donor used for dyeing polyamide fibres.
New coatings include: Edolan AZ, a soft, non-sticky, acrylic dispersion suitable as a basecoat for coating (technical) textiles; Edolan DSR (Dry Soil Release), a high-performance repellent agent with good water and oil repellent qualities; and Edolan XCC, a crosslinker for coatings in the Edolan range based on a balanced mixture of an aliphatic polyisocyanate and aliphatic carbodiimide.
