Optimer, Inc. has appointed Lynn Weitzke to the newly created position of president.

Ms Weitzke was most recently general manager for DuPont’s Teflon Consumer Products and has held similar management and marketing responsibilities at Starbucks Coffee, Eastman Kodak and Coleman.

She will work with the company’s founders to grow the Dri-release brand along with other Optimer, Inc. technologies at both the business and consumer levels.

“I am delighted to join Optimer,” says Ms Weitzke. “I am excited about the potential opportunity to take the company even further.”
