ACIMIT and ICE host China workshops

The Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers (ACIMIT) and the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) are to host two technical workshops in China; one in Hangzou (February 24) and one in Wuxi (February 26). The sessions will focus on Italian textile machinery for the production of technical textiles and nonwovens in China.
Approximately 10 Italian manufacturers of technical textile and nonwovens machinery will introduce their latest technologies at the events and will hold trade talks with local textile firms.
According to ACIMIT, Italian textile machinery exports to China totalled €360 million in 2007. Spinning machinery accounted for around 34%, weaving machines for approximately 21% and knitting machines for about 20%.Share this story:
