Dryarn presents Advanced Beachwear 4T
Dryarn, the polypropylene microfibre produced by the Aquafil group, is currently presenting its latest project, Advanced Beachwear 4T at Mare di Moda in Cannes (November 26-28). The collection on show includes functional swimming costumes, shorts, t-shirts and crocheted knits.
The swimming costume is designed to act as a second skin and is waterproof, easy to dry and breathable. The t-shirt is a seamless mesh light in micro-network Dryarn, which offers the effect of gills, allowing transpiration to take place.
The Consortium 4T (textile technological trend team) was established in 2007 and consists of various Italian companies that specialise in processing, designing and producing materials used for sport and fashion apparel. These companies include Aquafil, Berofin, CRT Capitex, Liantex, Maglificio Eval, Miroglio, PM One, Primafila, On, Mab, Macpi, Tailor, Unoart, Vartes and Whitford.
